The staff, especially Gilberto and Misaell, were top-notch and made us feel well taken care of. The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The natural beauty of the grounds added to the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and extraordinary stay.

The location of the hotel in the middle of the jungle was simply breathtaking, and I loved waking up to the sounds of nature. The breakfast offered a variety of options, ensuring that even the hungriest guests would be satisfied.

The Spa & wellness centre provided a variety of treatments, including massages and a steam room. Our room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The restaurant served delicious local and international cuisine with outdoor dining area. The only minor issue we had was with room service, as on one occasion it took longer than expected.

Despite the hotel's location advantages, being close to many attractions and providing shuttle services, the room's windows faced a nearby busy street, which could cause some noise disturbance. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience, as the hotel provided private facilities that allowed for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip was amazing! The swimming pool was set in a beautiful tropical garden, which was so relaxing to swim in after a busy day exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and had a mini-bar stocked with complimentary drinks, which was such a nice touch. The hotel was also located conveniently close to all the attractions, which made it easy to get around.

The noise made by the wildlife in the area. The sounds of howling monkeys and other animals could be quite loud, especially early in the morning.

The complementary breakfast and evening cocktails were a nice touch. the hotel's proximity to the popular tourist destination was convenient for exploring the area. the friendly staff gave excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants in the surrounding neighborhoods.

Having to throw used toilet paper in a trash bin was not only unpleasant but also unsanitary. Our room was small and overlooked a busy road, making it noisy and difficult to sleep at night.

We had a fantastic stay in this hidden gem in the deep jungle. The hotel facilities were outstanding, surrounded by a private zoo filled with beautiful animals such as monkeys and crocodiles. The breakfast was delicious, offering local cuisine with a lot of soul. Furthermore, the staff was exceptional, always working hard to please us and make our stay unforgettable. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, as it was near the stunning ruins of this city.

Not obvious to find, however, it's worth searching for this slice of paradise amidst the jungle.
